Grateful For Everything

Today, this post is going to be how grateful I am for everything. So, *alert*, cheesy post coming your way~

My life isn't perfect. But there are many reasons for me to be grateful & feel blessed.

Boring Work

What I'm currently staring at for the past hour.. The computer >.<

Right now I'm at work & it's so.. boring.. :( I'm a student aide (like an office assistant) at my college & since it's summer, not much calls are coming in for me to answer & not enough students are coming by the office for me to help them. All of my coworkers are all adults & by now, all but one left a couple hours ago while I still have to stay for a couple more hours. It's soo tiring not being able to do anything & so I'm just sittin' here writing this blog post. :)

What have I done to pass the time (you may have wondered)?

Beautiful Weather

The other day my family & I went to the forest preserve for.. really no reason at all. It was a lovely weather where the sun was beaming its rays & the wind gently blowing the leaves. It was such a gorgeous weather. My mom brought a blanket for the family to sit & enjoy the view & my little brother (who is almost turning 7) brought his little ball with him for us to play. We didn't really bring out any food but my dad eventually brought some little snacks for us to snack on during our time at the park.

I saw many people biking, rollerskating, walking.. It all made me smile. It made me stop & think of how grateful I am to live where a forest preserve is nearby & to have the weather not be mean with its harsh heat or chilly weather.

Right now the weather is terrible with rain & gloomy skies. I hope the weather gets better.. because it's much prettier when the sky is bright & blue.

Peacefully going home...

Here's a pic of the beautiful campus of my college. I now work here for my summer time job. It's great being able to work at a place that I'm already most comfortable with. Especially that I work like an office assistant here, I get to wear fancy clothing ;D 

Maybe a new fashion video on business casual outfits will be up soon ;) . 

It's pleasant to see this view when I get done with work. It's not every day that the weather is as beautiful as it is today. I could feel the wind gently blowing and the serenity of the place because barely anyone is out on a Tuesday afternoon at 7pm. :p

My Experience As A College Freshman (1st Semester)

At first I was really skeptical about going to a community college. But I'm grateful that I am attending a college that acts as close to a university. The campus is actually really pretty and their library is awesome! When I went to the quiet section of the high school's library, there were so much noise that it shouldn't even be considered a quiet section. But I'm soo glad that my college offers that. It's so peaceful, especially with big windows that gives me the scenery when the sun sets or when it snows. It's beautiful.

First Post

I just spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to sort out my customization of this blog & it turns out there hasn't even been a huge difference.. Well then.

Anywhoo.

This is probably like.. My 4th? Blog account? I've had Xanga, Myspace and Piczo as my blogging/profile spot over the years & I gotta say.. I haven't said anything interesting about my life. Ha. Ha. 'Cause I'm just not that interesting.

I might as well give this a try. Hopefully my customization skills come back after some time.. :) 'Till then.. I have no idea what to put on here. Har har har.
